Studor solves transient pressure issues in Thai Office Building

The original system installed on the 42-storey office building in Bangkok, Thailand, was experiencing the problem of bubbling toilets. After reading about Studor Active Drainage Ventilation, the contractor got in touch with our local team. We swiftly assessed the building design and identified the problem: an unusual stack layout where the stack changes direction to the other side of the building on the 12th floor was to blame and caused toilets on floors 12 and 14 to bubble.

With the retrofit of 14x Maxi-Vent and 26x P.A.P.A. to the existing branches, we solved the problems quickly and most importantly without interruptions or major renovations. Now the water levels in all the toilets are not as much as moving.
