UK launch of Studor Active Drainage Ventilation

Since 1 May 2018 Studor Active Drainage Ventilation (comprising the P.A.P.A., Mini-Vent and Maxi-Vent) has been added as a specialist range within the UK Aliaxis company Marley Plumbing & Drainage.

To kick-off the launch, the Aliaxis Technical Services (ATS) team, which is responsible for the sales of the Studor products, presented an intense 2-day training programme to Marley’s sales and technical teams. David Barker (Marley Soil & Waste Category Manager), Steve White (ATS Technical Director DWV) and Daniel Rath (Head of Technical Sales DWV) co-presented the training programme, which included a day at Marley’s offices in Kent, followed by a day at the “Seeing is Believing” test tower in Northampton.

The training was well attended and everyone was very enthusiastic about the opportunities now available for high rise projects through the addition of the Studor Active Drainage Ventilation range to Marley’s existing portfolio. The Studor P.A.P.A. was first issued with a BBA certificate in June 2015, with the LABC certificate being issued shortly afterwards, ensuring that it is an accepted and pre-approved solution. The Aliaxis Technical Services team will work alongside the Marley team, providing ongoing design assistance and technical training.

This is an exciting development for further integration of the Studor brand within Aliaxis!
